Shipping, Cancellation & Returns Policy

Because each World Peace Art piece is produced to order, our shipping and returns policy is a little different from big-box retailers. Please read this carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • All prints and framed works are made to order in partnership with our local California production partners.

  • Once your order is placed, it is queued for production and then handed off to our shipping partners.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has shipped.

Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the products in your cart. Any estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates only.


2. Cancelling an Order

Because our work is produced on demand, there is a short window in which we can cancel.

  • You may request a cancellation only if production has not yet started.

  • If you need to cancel, email us immediately at [insert email] with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

  • If we are able to stop the order before it enters production, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once production has begun (your order is in print or framing), the order is locked in and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the limited situations described below (damaged, incorrect, or lost orders).

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept an order before production starts, but we will always do our best.


3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

We want your art to arrive in perfect condition. On the rare occasion that something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us at [insert email] within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your item arrives damaged,

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • Your tracking shows delivered, but the package is missing.

When you reach out, please include:

  • Your order number,

  • A brief description of the issue, and

  • Clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label (if applicable).

Once we’ve reviewed the issue:

  • If the item was damaged in transit or we made an error, we will re-make and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • If you received the wrong item and prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we may ask you to return the incorrect item. In that case, we’ll provide instructions and cover the return shipping.


4. Orders Not Delivered Due to Address or Delivery Issues

If an order cannot be delivered or is returned to us because of something on the customer’s side—for example:

  • An incomplete or incorrect address was entered at checkout,

  • The carrier attempted delivery multiple times and the package was not collected, or

  • The package was refused by the recipient,

then:

  • We can re-ship the order once we receive it back, but you will be responsible for the additional outbound shipping costs, or

  • If we agree to issue a refund instead of re-shipping, any original outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid delays and extra fees.


5. Change-of-Mind Returns

Because our prints and frames are produced specifically for your order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong size once production has started.

  • Prior to production beginning, your only option is a cancellation request (see Section 2). If we can stop the order in time, we will cancel and refund it; if not, the sale is final.

We encourage you to carefully review product details, dimensions, and previews before checking out. If you’re unsure about sizing or finishes, feel free to email us before placing your order.


6. Exceptions & Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws grant you additional rights that conflict with the above, we will follow the law.
